1 Interpretation & Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 123mbi.com website and all associated mobile applications.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at 123mbi.
• "Service" refers to all games, promotions, and services offered by 123mbi.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash and/or bonus credits available in a member's account.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by members using real currency (Malaysian Ringgit).
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits granted by 123mbi to members in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "RNG" stands for Random Number Generator — a system that ensures all game outcomes are completely random and fair.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 123mbi services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Register under your own name as an individual — registration under a company or other entity is not permitted.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by any relevant authority.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account only at 123mbi. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method is used.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as shown on official identification documents
• Exact date of birth
• An active, accessible email address
• A valid Malaysian mobile number
• A strong and unique password

You are fully responsible for ensuring your account information remains up to date. If any provided information changes, you must update it within 14 days. Failure to do so may result in a temporary account suspension until the correct information is verified.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

123mbi supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification, including submission of an identity document and proof of address.

6 Game Rules

• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 123mbi will use system records to determine the correct game outcome.
• Game results displayed on the platform are final unless there is solid evidence of a technical error reported within 48 hours.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Abuse of the bonus system, including systematic bonus hunting or hedge betting
• Attempted money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Cheating, threatening, or harassing other members or 123mbi staff
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing others to use your account
• Exploiting any bug or system vulnerability for unauthorized gain
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual

8 Account Termination & Suspension

123mbi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification requirements within the stipulated period
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the 123mbi customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible real money balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met. Any bonus balance that has not fulfilled the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon account closure.

9 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 123mbi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance
• Data loss resulting from natural disasters, third-party cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond 123mbi's reasonable control
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party game providers

123mbi's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount of real money deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Continued use of the 123mbi platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining real money balance.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 123mbi platform shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support channels will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the established procedures.
